Phu Hoa Commune supports households affected by storm No. 3

Leaders of Phu Hoa commune visited and provided support to 2 households affected by storm No. 3.

Two houses in Phu Hoa commune had their roofs blown off due to the impact of storm No. 3.

Local leaders kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the people and shared the difficulties and losses of the people after the rain and storm. At the same time, they directed the Commune Military Command to coordinate with the police force to continue to review the damage and support the people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in order to soon stabilize their lives.

The local government has provided emergency support of 2 million VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Giao's household and 1 million VND to Mr. Mai Huu Ngoc's household to overcome initial difficulties.

Earlier, at around 5 p.m. on July 21, heavy rain and thunderstorms caused by storm No. 3 blew off the roofs of two houses in Hoa Tay B hamlet. Ms. Nguyen Thi Giao's house had its roof completely blown off; Mr. Mai Huu Ngoc's house had its back roof and a solar water heater damaged. Total damage was estimated at around VND30 million.
