Lead the training, fostering, and building of a team of cadres at all levels with comprehensive qualifications and capacity, especially cadres directly training grassroots units and cadres of the Military Command at the commune level.

Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Party and political work in tasks, especially in training, combat readiness, regular construction, drills, disaster and epidemic prevention, and rescue.

Based on the unit's characteristics, comrade Dinh Van The requested the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Region 3 - Thong Nhat to aim for the general goal of strengthening the Party's comprehensive leadership role, closely coordinating with the Party committees and authorities at the commune level in organizing the implementation of local defense and military tasks, maintaining political stability, proactively preventing and effectively handling situations, avoiding passive surprises, contributing to firmly protecting sovereignty, border security and defense areas.
