Sleeper bus overturned on Highway 55

BTO-At about 2:30 a.m. on May 13, on National Highway 55, through Son My Commune, Ham Tan District, Binh Thuan Province, a sleeper bus overturned.

At that time, the 34-bed passenger bus with license plate 72B-034.XX was traveling from Binh Thuan to Ba Ria Vung Tau . When it reached the above location, the bus rolled over several times and then flipped over.

At the scene, the front of the car was on the curb, the back of the car was on the edge of the road , 4 wheels were upside down . There were 19 passengers and 5 bus staff on the car including the driver and the bus assistant.

Fortunately , the incident did not cause serious consequences, some people suffered minor injuries. After the incident, the provincial traffic police force was present at the scene to regulate traffic. A rescue crane was dispatched to lift the vehicle away from the scene.
