In the last three days of May, a special event took place at Saigon River Park (Thu Duc City) with an "infinity grandstand" so that people watching the Champions League could have emotions that they thought could only be found in European stadiums.

Since the afternoon of May 28, the event area at Saigon River Park (Thu Duc City) has been packed with people. People of all ages flocked in, but the most visible were still young people. Many wore shirts of the teams participating in the Champions League, holding flags or scarves with the team logos to cheer.

They eagerly walked through the welcome gate, then stopped at the "passion hall", where old but valuable football items were displayed. There were signed jerseys, playing shoes, and even tickets to Champions League finals many years ago.

But the most popular destination is the infinity grandstand. This is an area that simulates a stadium with a large LED screen, a surround sound system and seating arrangements similar to the real grandstand. People sit on the floor or lean against each other in groups, holding cans of water, their eyes glued to the screen.

On the evening of May 28, when the UEFA Champions League anthem sounded, the whole area held its breath. In the days waiting for this year's final, the organizers will re-air classic football matches or summarize a certain match within the Champions League framework.

Many spectators said they clearly saw the value of the so-called "infinity stand", emotions spread, people who did not know each other shouted together, had their hearts pounding, and then burst out when the ball hit the net.

"I didn't expect there to be such an interesting place to watch football in Thu Duc. It's fine to watch at home, but there's no atmosphere like here. Sitting with everyone, the sound screen is no different from the real thing at the stadium," Minh Tri (24 years old, Thu Duc) shared.

According to the organizer, Thuong Nhat Company Limited, admission is free, from May 28 to June 1, 2025.

Daily schedule from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm, except for the day of the final match between Inter Milan and PSR, it will be open until 4:30 am. In addition, there will be fan-celebrity exchange programs, street football performances, technology games, etc.
