In 2024, Vinh Phuc (old) ranked number 1 in the country in terms of average high school graduation score in 2024 with 7.45.

Nam Dinh (old) ranked 3rd with 7.3 points; Binh Duong (old) ranked 4th with 7.24. Bac Ninh (old) ranked 5th with 7.21 points.

The remaining 5 provinces in the top 10 localities with high graduation scores are Hai Phong (old), Ha Tinh, Phu Tho, Ha Nam (old), and An Giang (old).

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (old) are not in the top 10 localities with the highest graduation scores. Hanoi ranked 12th, while Ho Chi Minh City (old) ranked 20th.
