15 years of making a mark
From a humble beginning, BGSW Vietnam has grown to record outstanding achievements. To meet the needs of rapid expansion, the company has invested in building 3 modern offices including Etown Campus and OfficeHaus in Ho Chi Minh City, and Capital Place in Hanoi . The offices are designed according to the open space model, flexible co-working area and integrated with many modern utilities, creating a creative, connected and dynamic working environment for more than 4,000 employees.

This achievement is recognized through many prestigious awards such as “Great Place to Work” for three consecutive years, “Vietnam Best Place to Work” for 10 consecutive years, and No. 1 position in the survey “Workplace of choice for Vietnamese students” by Universum in 2024, demonstrating the sustainable development of BGSW Vietnam both in the industry and in the labor market.
Technology is the foundation, innovation is the driving force
During its 15-year journey, BGSW Vietnam has transformed from a software service center into a strategic bridge for technology and innovation of the Bosch Group. Each product and each solution not only meets the current needs of customers but also opens up opportunities for Vietnamese engineers to directly participate in technologies that shape the future.
This orientation is clearly demonstrated through a strong investment strategy for innovation. In just 3 years, the budget for this activity increased more than 8 times, focusing on key areas such as AI, automation, virtualization, cybersecurity and SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle).

By 2025, BGSW Vietnam has owned 81 patents, notably inventions on advanced driving and driving assistance systems, autonomous driving systems and AI. Not only creating technological value, BGSW Vietnam also contributes to promoting the domestic intellectual property ecosystem, being one of the pioneering enterprises participating in the Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC) network of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
