DNO - On April 17, the Da Nang Customs Department held a meeting to deploy the contents of the pilot program to support and encourage businesses to participate in import and export activities in Da Nang city. Accordingly, the appraisal team selected 14 businesses to participate in the first phase of the program.
Previously, Da Nang Customs Department issued Decision No. 229/QD-HQDNg dated April 3, 2024 on the pilot program to support and encourage enterprises to participate in export and import activities of goods in Da Nang city.
Enterprises are recognized as members of the program when they meet the following conditions: having import and export activities in the city; large number of customs declarations or import and export turnover, and large amount of tax payments related to import and export activities.
Member benefits: to be assigned a specialized officer to guide before carrying out customs procedures on customs procedures; policies on management of import and export goods; tax policies on import and export goods; classification of import and export goods; customs value declaration; origin of goods (C/O) and other contents related to customs procedures.
Arrange civil servants to work outside working hours, on days off, and on holidays to handle customs procedures upon request; support warnings of errors and omissions within 60 days from the time of customs clearance of import and export goods so that members can promptly correct, adjust, and make additional declarations in accordance with the law.
100% of administrative procedures published on the online public service system of the General Department of Customs are applied; support for troubleshooting system and declaration software problems...
The program will be piloted within 1 year from the date of issuance of the decision. Da Nang Customs Department will periodically organize preliminary review, evaluation, adjustment, supplement and completion of the program.
