Over the years, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has closely and effectively coordinated with organizations and units to develop the movement to promote learning and talent, and build a learning society. In the 2025-2026 school year, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education coordinated with Long Son Cement Company and distributors Hong Phuong Co., Ltd. and Long Huong Co., Ltd. to award 120 scholarships, each worth 9 million VND to students in difficult circumstances in the province, contributing to encouraging, sharing difficulties, and supporting them on their path of learning, constantly striving to realize their beautiful dreams and ambitions.

He promised to constantly strive and study hard to be worthy of the affection that the leaders, officers and employees of the companies have given him.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Vuong Van Viet, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Province's Association for the Promotion of Education, said: "This is the 10th consecutive year that the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education has coordinated with Long Son Cement Company to organize this program. What is valuable is that over the years, Long Son Cement Company and Long Son Cement's distributors have expanded the beneficiaries and increased the value of each scholarship. Currently, the Association is coordinating with Long Son Cement Company to make a list of 100 students who have received scholarships from 2016 to present and have especially difficult circumstances to award scholarships until the end of grade 12. These meaningful scholarships have been and are contributing to helping students with difficult circumstances go to school, nurturing in them love and determination to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies."
