At the same time, complaints and denunciations must be resolved and corruption, waste and negativity must be prevented and combated, ensuring that the management and use of public finance and assets are carried out transparently, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

Strengthening the work of inspection , supervision, and examination, especially self-inspection and internal supervision to promptly detect, prevent, and handle internal violations and effectively implement measures to prevent corruption and other negative acts in agencies , units , organizations, and state-owned enterprises performing the task of managing and using public finance and assets . At the same time, handling responsibilities when violations occur and handling   Strictly handle violations , corruption and negativity according to Articles 8, 9, 15 and 16 of Regulation No. 189-QD/TW in accordance with Party regulations and State laws.

The Provincial People's Committee requires that controlling power, preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity in the management and use of public finance and assets is an important and regular task; it is an effective solution to prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity and handle violations in the management and use of public finance and assets by cadres, civil servants, public employees, party members and persons with authority in the management and use of public finance and assets at agencies, units, organizations and state-owned enterprises.
