THL Pharmaceutical Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (No. 126, Tran Vu Street, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District) was fined nearly 115 million VND due to the raw material storage warehouse not having enough shelves and racks.

The company produces Yarmymilk Weightgain food supplements, but the product label does not contain enough information (no name, address of the manufacturer and the trader responsible for the product), or incorrectly states (ingredients) the mandatory content on the product label according to the law on product labels.

The Health Department Inspectorate forces the unit to recall the goods and label them properly before continuing to circulate, and to recall and destroy the labels of violating goods.

In addition, the company's Yarmymilk Weightgai 900g supplementary food product is subject to self-declaration but has a lipid content index that does not comply with the declared standards. The Department of Health Inspectorate forced the facility to recall, change the purpose of use, recycle or destroy this batch of products. This violation also caused the facility to be suspended from producing supplementary food products for 2 months.

Huyen Chi Ngoc Joint Stock Company (No. 5, Alley 35, Lane 214, Nguyen Xien Street, Ha Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District) was fined more than 190 million VND for 4 violations.

Specifically, the establishment advertising the Hogi whole milk product on the website https://shop.huyenchingoc.com/ is not consistent with one of the required documents (self-declaration records). Trading goods (Yarmymilk Weightgain food supplement) with labels that do not fully state (no name, address of the manufacturer and the trader responsible for the product) or incorrectly state (ingredients) the mandatory contents on the product label according to the law on product labels.

This facility also trades in Yarmymilk Weightgain food supplement products and Hogi whole milk products with labels that contain images and writings that do not match the nature and truth of the goods. Trading and circulating on the market Yarmymilk Weightgain food supplement (Manufactured on 10.10.23; Expiry date 1010.25, specification 900 g/box) with lipid content indicators that do not comply with the published standards.

Ngoc Chau pharmacy and Phung Thi Mai Dung pharmacy in Thach That district were both fined 2 million VND for not reporting to the Department of Health in the event of suspension of operations for 6 months or more or termination of operations.

Anh Quan 1 Pharmacy (No. 43 Trung Kinh, Trung Hoa Ward) and Hai Long Pharmacy (No. 54, Ha Yen Quyet, Yen Hoa Ward) in Cau Giay District were fined 6 million VND for mixing non-medicinal products with medicinal products in cases where they also sell cosmetics, functional foods, and medical equipment according to the law.

At the same time, these two pharmacies did not open books or use computers to manage import, export, storage, track batch numbers, expiry dates, origins of drugs and other relevant information as prescribed by law.
