Fined a pharmacy in Dao Duong commune (An Thi) nearly 80 million VND

On May 15, 2025, Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to sign Decision No. 1097/QD-XPHC deciding to administratively sanction individual Duong Thi Du, owner of Du My Pharmacy, located in Dao Duong Commune (An Thi) for the following acts: Incorrect or misleading advertising about the product's uses; Failure to submit a request for periodic assessment of maintaining compliance with good practices for drug retail establishments as prescribed by law; Failure to post retail prices in Vietnamese Dong or posting incomplete, incorrect, or unclear prices, causing confusion for customers at the transaction or drug sales location of the pharmaceutical business establishment. The total fine is 79.5 million VND. At the same time, forcing the removal of advertising that violates regulations.
