On his personal page, Meritorious Artist Xuan Bac shared a rather interesting moment when he met a "crazy fan". Accordingly, Xuan Bac's fan was a rather tall teenager and was wearing a shirt with a picture of Xuan Bac in the role of Nui in the movie Song o day song.
Upon meeting his idol, the teenager immediately asked to take a souvenir photo and Xuan Bac immediately accepted. However, the "crazy fan" also revealed to Xuan Bac about his special family background, which both surprised and delighted the male artist.

Specifically, this teenager is the son of artist Ba Anh - Xuan Bac's senior in the profession. More notably, Ba Anh also played the role of Y - the half-brother of Nui (Xuan Bac's role) in the movie Song o day song.

Waves at the Bottom of the River is a famous Vietnamese television series. The film deals with the difficult life of the character Nui. His mother was a maid but accidentally got pregnant with the homeowner and gave birth to 3 children.
Nui's mother died when she gave birth to her fourth child. Since then, Nui's brothers were neglected and ignored by their patriarchal father. With an arrogant temperament, Nui struggled to raise his siblings but fell into the path of theft and had to go to a reform school.
The film has brought the names of many young artists such as Xuan Bac, Kim Oanh... to new heights. Until now, audiences still refer to Xuan Bac with the character name Nui.
