This morning, November 15, the tournament's Organizing Committee met to discuss and evaluate the events that occurred after the match between Ho Chi Minh City Youth Club and PVF-CAND Club at Thong Nhat Stadium on the afternoon of November 14. The documents and reports on the violations have been fully compiled by the tournament's Organizing Committee and sent to the VFF Disciplinary Board for consideration and handling.

Based on the reports and related documents, the tournament's Organizing Committee requests to handle the incident of the scuffle between player Nguyen Xuan Nam (PVF CAND) and player Vu Van Son (Tre TP.HCM) in the tunnel area. Player Nguyen Xuan Nam was the one who initiated aggressive words and actions towards player Vu Van Son. This incident of aggression and scuffle seriously violated the regulations of the Professional Football Regulations, the Tournament Charter and the Disciplinary Regulations of the VFF, therefore, it needs to be considered and strictly handled.
