Traffic congestion lasted during rush hour on the morning of June 12 on Nguyen Trai Street.

Because the "bunker" occupied 2/5 of the lane, traffic was congested for more than 1 km in the direction of Tran Phu to Nguyen Trai.

Mr. Chong Jiun Yiat, project manager of contractor Teken Corporation, said that 8 "bunkers" were built on a road about 500 m long, from alley 495 Nguyen Trai to number 2 Nguyen Xien Street (Thanh Xuan District) in about 6 months. On the evening of June 9, the first "bunker" appeared, the remaining 7 "bunkers" will be built in the coming time.

"To facilitate traffic for people, we will fence off and construct," said Mr. Chong Jiun Yiat.
