Gratitude and care for workers and laborers

The 2025 Labor Month with the theme " Vietnamese workers take the lead in entering a new era " aims to affirm the role, position and contribution of the working class in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland; as a pioneering force in the cause of national innovation, creative labor, confidently entering a new era.

Labor Month activities are organized enthusiastically and practically by all levels of the provincial Trade Union to better care for union members and workers. In particular, the Labor Thank You Program has a profound humanistic meaning, honoring the value of workers, thanking the positive contributions of the labor force to the development of agencies, units and enterprises.

Each gift given to workers and laborers is worth 1 million VND.

The Provincial Federation of Labor organized a program to thank workers at 20 enterprises in the province and visited and gave gifts directly at 10 enterprises.

In this program, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 1,000 gifts to union members and employees who are good, exemplary, excellent, hard-working, and have been with the company for 5 years or more, but are in difficult circumstances, have suffered from work accidents, serious illnesses, or are pregnant. Each gift is worth 1 million VND.

Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Nguyen Van Qui said: "The Labor Gratitude Program is an activity to meet, visit, care for, support, express gratitude, and thank union members and employees for their efforts and efforts in labor and production; to commend excellent employees who strive to overcome difficulties, and accompany enterprises to build stable labor relations and sustainable development of enterprises".

Not only the Provincial Federation of Labor gives gifts, but also enterprises take care of workers in the Employee Appreciation Program. Depending on the conditions, enterprises give gifts to workers; at the same time, acknowledge and express gratitude for the contributions of workers in the past time, and encourage workers to continue to contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises.

Listen and encourage workers and laborers

The Labor Thank You Program is also an opportunity for local leaders, all levels, sectors and enterprises to listen to the aspirations, suggestions, opinions and recommendations of unions and laborers on jobs, income, life, etc., thereby proposing and providing timely support and solutions for laborers.

Ms. Tran Thi Diem Huong - employee of Y Thanh Production and Trading Company Limited (Thu Thua district), confided: We, the employees - those who directly contribute to each production line, each product stage, bring with us the hope of a stable life, job, and income for a better life.

The care and concern of the enterprise as well as the trade union organization is very meaningful to the employees. In particular, being able to participate in the Employee Thank You Program , listening to the sharing and recognition of the enterprise leaders and the provincial Labor Federation, I am very happy.

That is a great encouragement, motivating me to continue to contribute, overcome difficulties, and stay with the company for a long time. I hope that employees will continue to receive attention, have more practical support policies as well as better protect the rights and interests of employees.

For businesses, I hope to continue to accompany, support accommodation, vocational training, improve skills,... so that employees can work with peace of mind as well as promote their capacity, improve product quality for businesses.

In meetings with union members and workers in the Labor Gratitude Program, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation also encouraged and reminded workers to promote responsibility, creativity, and flexibility in work, labor, and production; actively participate in learning to improve professional qualifications, professional skills, and workmanship, etc.; must truly be a "soldier" on the "competition front", promote initiatives, and improve techniques ; actively respond to emulation movements of higher-level unions and emulation movements at the grassroots level, especially the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers".

The Thank You to Workers program not only spreads a deep message of gratitude but also acts as a "bridge" connecting workers, enterprises and trade union organizations, thereby affirming the important role of workers in the sustainable development of enterprises and local socio-economic development.

The gratitude, recognition and encouragement in the program are great motivation, adding confidence for employees to work with peace of mind, continue to contribute and have a long-term commitment to the company and locality./.
