Yamaha in its "motherland" Japan has recently officially launched the 2023 version of the YZF-R25 with a number of changes to create a pure sportbike that meets the speed travel needs of true bikers.
Although it still retains the characteristic DNA of the old version, the R25 2023 has some tweaks, first of all, the front and rear turn signals have been upgraded to LED lights instead of incandescent lights. In addition, the car also has tweaks to the fuel tank cap to bring better dynamics to the car. The instrument cluster on the car is still a full LCD that fully displays engine parameters.
In addition, Yamaha also offers the R25 2023 a series of new color options, the most prominent of which is the 60th anniversary version of the WGP racing team. The version is characterized by a white and red color scheme, accompanied by an extremely impressive gold-painted front shock absorber and rims.
In terms of power, the Yamaha R25 2023 is equipped with a 249cc single-cylinder, SOHC, liquid-cooled engine. This engine produces a maximum capacity of 35 horsepower (PS) at 12,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 23 Nm at 10,000 rpm.
The selling price of the R25 2023 in Japan will start from 690,800 yen - about 123.4 million VND when converted to Vietnamese currency.
