Grilled spring rolls
Grilled spring rolls in Nha Trang are one of the famous dishes and have their own characteristics compared to other regions in Vietnam. The spring rolls are spring rolls made from minced pork, combined with spices and then shaped into skewers to be grilled until golden brown. Squid pancake
Along the area near Ponagar Tower, there are many seafood pancake shops, many locals still enjoy squid pancakes. The pancakes are more than half a hand in diameter, the filling is whole squid (also known as egg squid), bean sprouts, onions, fried in oil molds. The pancakes will be eaten with raw vegetables and dipped in chili fish sauce. Some locals believe that squid with eggs will have a "characteristic fragrant, sweet, fatty taste". Squid hotpot
Guests can choose to have dinner with squid hotpot. The squid hotpot broth is low in fat, has a sweet and sour taste from vegetables such as pineapple, tomato and a slight spicy taste from chili. The squid is arranged on a plate cut into pieces, the meat is fresh and delicious. When the hotpot water boils, add the squid and vegetables to the pot, when it is cooked, take it out and eat with chili fish sauce, vermicelli, and pour the hot broth over the dish.
