1,130 million VND to support the construction of "Shelter of Love" and give gifts to women and students in difficult circumstances

QTO - This morning, November 1, the Women's Union of Trieu Phong and Trieu Co communes coordinated with the Hanoi "Red Scarf House" Support Fund, Ho Chi Minh Lock & Lock Co., Ltd. in Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Quang Tri Provincial Red Cross to organize the inauguration and handover of "Warm House of Love" houses and give gifts to women and students in difficult circumstances. The total cost of the program in the two communes is 1,130 million VND.

In Trieu Phong commune, the program supported 30 million VND to build a "Warm House of Love" for the family of Ms. Le Thi Kim Lanh in difficult circumstances in Ward 5; presented 136 gifts to poor female household heads and women in difficult circumstances with a total cost of 500 million VND.

In Trieu Co commune, the program supported 30 million VND to build a "Warm House of Love" for the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam in Dong Van village, who is in difficult circumstances; gave 100 gifts to poor female heads of households and women in difficult circumstances, and gave 100 gifts to students in difficult circumstances of Trieu Lang Primary and Secondary School, Trieu Co commune, with a total cost of 630 million VND.

Through activities to contribute to sharing, encouraging and helping poor female members and students in difficult circumstances to have safe housing, overcome difficulties and excel in study and life.
