100% of Tuyen Quang teachers access and apply AI in teaching

According to the assessment, in the past time, the application of information technology and digital transformation in the education sector of Tuyen Quang province has been effectively implemented, achieving many important results. The industry database system has been completed and officially operated since July 23, 2025. The Department of Education and Training has coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology, VNPT Tuyen Quang to grant VNPT Ioffice accounts to 100% of educational institutions across the province, ensuring that data exploitation and exchange are synchronized and secure.

At the same time, complete training for officials and teachers of educational institutions from preschool to high school and commune-level officials on exploiting and managing database systems; train all teachers and ward and commune officials, helping to improve the capacity to manage and use digital data in professional work.

Up to now, data on cadres, teachers and units under the Department has been reviewed, cleaned and completed. The industry has built 2 Chatbots to support the search for state management information and database management; 100% of teachers have had access to AI tools; units and schools have actively applied AI in designing videos , lectures and preparing weekly plans, and building STEM activities. The Preschool level has created and trained 2 Chatbots in July 2025: "Preschool Teacher" (supporting lesson preparation, game design, planning) and "Preschool Principal Assistant" (supporting planning direction, issuing documents, reports); Primary level has developed the product "Examination Intelligence" to create test questions closely following Circular 27 and the 2018 Program; Secondary level has recognized the AI Application product to help shorten 50% of the time to prepare lesson plans and teaching materials...

However, delegates attending the Conference also pointed out some limitations such as data on the database system has not ensured absolute accuracy (not yet 100%) and technical infrastructure in some remote schools has not been guaranteed. The orientation for the coming time is to continue standardizing data, expected to be completed before December 31, 2025. The key goal is to build a set of criteria and select schools to pilot and replicate the "Digital School" model at all levels; continue to develop AI Chatbot to support test preparation, lesson planning and analysis of learning data... Thereby, contributing significantly to improving the quality of education and training in the province in the coming time.
