110 collectives and individuals meet the conditions and standards for consideration for state-level awards in 2024

On the morning of May 19, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council chaired the second meeting to consider and propose rewards for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2024 and past years to propose awards of medals and certificates of merit from the Prime Minister. Attending the meeting were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council.

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation and current guiding documents, the standing agency of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council has fully implemented the procedural steps and completed the appraisal of dossiers for collectives, individuals, households and proposed to award medals of all types, classes and certificates of merit from the Prime Minister .

Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council focused on discussing the list of candidates for consideration for rewards; at the same time, discussed the criteria and conditions for consideration for rewards in the spirit of ensuring compliance with regulations.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council, agreed on a list of 110 collectives, individuals, and households that are eligible to be submitted to competent authorities for consideration of State-level rewards in 2024; 4 collectives and individuals who are not yet qualified are recommended for consideration and reward. He requested the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council and the Department of Home Affairs to receive comments and contributions from members; at the same time, continue to implement steps in accordance with the process, promptly complete the dossiers to submit to the levels of rewards in a timely manner.

Also at the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council voted to approve the list of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements proposed for State-level rewards in 2024.
