Meritorious Artist Nguyen Van Hai used to be an actor of the Vietnam Drama Theater, then due to economic pressure, he left the stage to do business. Having played Uncle Ho nearly 300 times, Meritorious Artist Van Hai still wishes to portray the leader more fully, longer and more deeply, and to go more into his real life.

"A leader respected by the whole nation and the whole world like President Ho Chi Minh will always be a creative inspiration for authors and artists. Currently, the stage is in need of more good scripts about President Ho Chi Minh and other leaders," the artist affirmed.

Artist Minh Hai is currently an actor at the Vietnam Drama Theater. Up to now, he has played the role of Uncle Ho for 15 years.
