Accordingly, based on the 2014 Law on Real Estate Business and detailed regulations, the Department of Construction has received and requested the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management - Ministry of Construction to coordinate in publicly posting information on real estate trading floors. At the same time, from August 1, 2024, the 2023 Law on Real Estate Business and Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business will take effect, stipulating: Real estate businesses and real estate service businesses operating before the effective date of this law that have not yet met the conditions prescribed by this law must supplement all conditions within 6 months from the effective date of this law.
Up to now, in the city, there are 28 enterprises that have not yet completed the procedures for granting licenses to operate real estate trading floors according to the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023. Therefore, the Department of Construction requests enterprises to urgently review the operating conditions of real estate trading floors according to the provisions of Articles 54 and 55 of the Law on Real Estate Business and Article 15 of Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024 of the Government , and submit the application for registration of real estate trading floor operations according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 14 of Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP3 to the Department of Construction to grant operating licenses.
