(BD) - According to the Department of Home Affairs, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), Binh Dinh province organized a delegation of 37 veterans and cadres who participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign to visit the city named after Uncle Ho.
The trip took place from April 17 to 19. The delegation visited many historical sites associated with the resistance war such as Independence Palace, Nha Rong Wharf, Turtle Lake, Cu Chi Tunnels and the War Remnants Museum.

Along with that, on the evening of April 18, the delegation attended the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, met and interacted with delegates from provinces and cities, recalled memories of a heroic time, and shared stories about the nation's resilient fighting spirit.
The trip is an opportunity to show gratitude and remember the difficult but proud days; at the same time, it contributes to strengthening solidarity between localities and fostering patriotism for today's generation.
