Vinschool has deployed four key technology solutions, including: school-parent connection application (VOne), school psychology support application (SWB), automatic teacher evaluation management system (EMS) and program systematization application (VCM). The synchronous application of these solutions helps the school improve the quality of teaching and learning, take care of students' mental health and strengthen the connection between school, parents and students.

Digital transformation to improve teaching and learning quality standards
Instead of rigid lesson plans, Vinschool applies the VCM platform to design flexible lessons that adhere to output standards and are suitable for each student's ability. Thanks to that, learning is more personalized and effective.
In the 2024-2025 school year alone, nearly 6,400 Vinschool teachers have built more than 35,000 lesson plans on VCM. In the future, VCM will integrate artificial intelligence (AI) in program design to improve teaching quality.
In addition, the teacher evaluation process is also automated and standardized by EMS. Data is connected from multiple platforms to allow transparent and objective evaluation, while supporting the construction of an accurate and continuous career development roadmap for each teacher. As a result, teachers' teaching capacity is improved and students have a better learning experience.

Nearly 60,000 parents participate in multi-dimensional connection
In order to strengthen the connection between school - parents - students, Vinschool has developed VOne - a multi-dimensional connection application that allows parents to monitor and actively participate in their children's learning, easily interact with teachers and the school community. As of October 2025, this platform has more than 58,000 parents regularly using it.

Along with that is SWB - a school mental health care system that helps screen for risks, connecting teachers - parents - psychologists to support students in a timely manner. In the 2024 - 2025 school year, nearly 23,000 students were directly supported through this system.

“Thanks to digital solutions, we can closely monitor each student’s learning journey, understand their individual abilities and needs. From there, the school can design personalized learning experiences - even at a scale of tens of thousands of students across the system. Each technology tool developed has the goal of helping teachers teach more effectively, students learn more proactively, and the connection between school and family becomes closer, more seamless and more effective,” shared Ms. Do Thu Phuong - Deputy General Director of Vinschool Education System.
With the award "Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise 2025", Vinschool continues to affirm its pioneering role in digital transformation of education, aiming to build a modern, personalized and happy learning environment - where each student is comprehensively developed in knowledge, capacity, qualities and mental health.
The 8th Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) in 2025 is organized by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association and VietTimes Magazine, under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology .
