4 'female monsters' established a 'ghost' company to trade and sell invoices to nearly 200 businesses

On January 15, Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police announced that Huong Thuy Town Police (Thua Thien - Hue) had just successfully broken up a case, arresting 4 people for the illegal trading of invoices and documents for state budget payment at Cherry Mountain Goat Company Limited (address Thuy Duong ward, Huong Thuy town).

Those arrested are Duong Thi Thuy Chung (born in 1987, residing in An Cuu ward, Hue city); Tran Thi Huong (born in 1982, residing in Huong Vinh ward, Hue city); Truong Thi Thanh Huyen (born in 1989, residing in An Cuu ward, Hue city) and Nguyen Thi Trang (born in 1980, residing in Thuan Loc ward, Hue city).

According to the initial investigation of the police agency, since May 2023, the above 4 people colluded to establish a company but had no headquarters and did not trade in goods or services, but only for the purpose of illegally buying and selling over 1,000 invoices with an amount of over 3 billion VND to nearly 200 companies and enterprises located in Thua Thien - Hue province to illegally profit about 200 million VND.

Currently, Huong Thuy Town Police have decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain 04 subjects for the crime of "illegally printing, issuing, and trading invoices and documents for payment to the state budget" to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.

Previously, in August 2021, the Economic Police Department of Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case of "Illegal trading of invoices" occurring at Minh Quang private enterprise and 129 LLC, temporarily detaining Nguyen Dinh Quy (37, residing on Dang Dung Street, Dong Ba Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien-Hue Province). Quy is the owner of Minh Quang private enterprise and the operator of 129 LLC in Thua Thien-Hue Province.

According to the Economic Police Department of Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Police, in 2016, Nguyen Dinh Quy established Minh Quang private enterprise, headquartered in Binh Thanh commune (Huong Tra town, Thua Thien-Hue), operating in the field of sawing, cutting, planing planted forest wood and preserving wood.

In March 2018, Quy used his biological father's ID card to continue to establish and operate 129 LLC, headquartered in An Tay ward, Hue city.

From May 2016 to December 2019, Quy took advantage of his position as the owner of Minh Quang Enterprise and the operator of 129 LLC to illegally buy and sell 116 pre-printed value-added invoices for 19 businesses in the area with a total invoice value of 17 billion VND.
