Construction of Can Tho City Western Ring Road project.

According to the Can Tho City Statistics Office, the investment capital implemented from the state budget managed by the locality in April 2025 is estimated at VND 533.59 billion, up 9.6% over the previous month and down 4.98% over the same period in 2024. Of which, the city-level state budget capital implemented VND 342.64 billion, down 8.5% over the same period in 2024; the district-level state budget capital implemented VND 190.95 billion, up 2.06% over the same period in 2024.

In the first 4 months of 2025, the estimated investment capital from the state budget was 1,898.96 billion VND, down 4.19% over the same period last year and equal to 18.39% of the 2025 plan. Of which, the state budget capital at the city level was 1,223.74 billion VND, down 5.19% over the same period last year and equal to 16.90% of the annual plan; the state budget capital at the district level reached 675.22 billion VND, down 2.32% over the same period and equal to 21.92% of the annual plan.
