Speaking at the festival, Mr. Nguyen Tu Thien, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the City Youth Union, called on the Youth Union and Association bases in the city to continue promoting activities to unite, care for, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of young workers; promote the core role in building a safe and civilized working environment, arousing the spirit of creativity, technical innovation, and learning to improve the professional skills of each union member and young worker.

In recent times, the Youth Union at all levels has implemented many practical activities for young workers, such as establishing and maintaining Youth Workers' Clubs, self-managed workers' groups, legal support groups and programs for medical examination, free medicine distribution, psychological and legal counseling, supporting low-cost accommodation, giving Tet gifts to young workers in difficult circumstances; coordinating with businesses to organize vocational skills training classes, improve skills and connect job referrals.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 50 gifts (each worth 300,000 VND and 10 discount vouchers) to young workers in difficult circumstances. This is a practical activity, caring for and encouraging young workers to compete in production and business, contributing to helping businesses overcome difficulties in the current period.
