42 trainees completed training for leadership and management at department and district levels

The Department of Home Affairs leaders awarded graduation certificates to the students.

The training course had 42 trainees who were department-level leaders and equivalent, planning department-level leaders and equivalent of agencies and units in Tuyen Quang province.

During the course, the students were taught by lecturers from the National Academy of Public Administration the following topics: General knowledge, overview of leadership and management at the department level; skills in financial and human resource management, organization of inspection, inspection of local sectors and fields, public assets... and practical research in Son Duong district.

As a result, 42/42 students were eligible for graduation certificates, including 5 students with high academic achievements who were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration.

The training course equips and improves knowledge of leadership and management skills, contributing to building a team of leaders and managers at the department and district levels of Tuyen Quang province with moral qualities, political courage and capacity to meet the requirements of performing advisory, management and operational functions and tasks.
