66 fertilizer dealers and businesses received professional training

Here, the trainees were taught basic professional knowledge about fertilizers by the officers of the Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection. Specifically: Current legal regulations on fertilizers, especially regulations on production, trade, and import of fertilizers; responsibilities of organizations and individuals producing, trading, exporting, and importing fertilizers; regulations on labeling, naming, and instructions for using fertilizers; distinguishing fake and poor quality fertilizers.

In addition, students were also informed about the role of fertilizers in providing nutrients for plants and the effects of fertilizers on the chemical, physical and biological properties of soil as well as the relationship between fertilizers and soil, productivity, crop quality and the ecological environment.

At the same time, guide on how to classify fertilizers; select and use fertilizers appropriately for crops to ensure increased productivity, high economic efficiency, safety in preserving and using fertilizers; protect the ecological environment and product safety.

At the end of the training course, trainees who complete the test will be granted a “Certificate of professional training in fertilizers” by the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection. This is also one of the conditions for people and fertilizer dealers to apply for a Certificate of eligibility to trade in fertilizers according to State regulations.
