7 students injured by balloon explosion on opening day

At the same time, the LHC teacher passed by, holding a cigarette in his hand, and accidentally brushed against the balloon, causing it to explode.

A balloon explosion injured 10 students of Yen Phu Primary School, Yen Dinh District (Thanh Hoa) in the arms and face.

Immediately after the explosion, 10 students suffered minor burns. After the incident, the school's Board of Directors and teachers took the students to Yen Phu Commune Health Station for initial first aid, then the teachers took the 10 students to Yen Dinh District General Hospital for further treatment.

Currently, 10 students' health is stable, 1 student asked to go home and 9 students stay in the hospital for monitoring and treatment.
