Announced together with this Decision are 07 administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of aviation security assurance under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security (with a list, specific content of each administrative procedure and forms as components of the dossier for implementing the administrative procedure attached).

Accordingly, the administrative procedures assigned by the Immigration Department; Immigration Department of the provincial police are assigned to preside over aviation security work at airports, including:

- Reissue of long-term valid airport and seaport security control cards;

- Re-issue of airport and seaport security control cards with long-term validity;

- Issuing short-term airport and seaport security control cards;

- Re-issue of long-term airport and seaport security control licenses;

- Re-issuance of long-term airport and seaport security control licenses;

- Issuance of short-term airport and seaport security control licenses.

The procedures for granting licenses, extending, supplementing, and restoring aviation security officer qualifications will be carried out by the Immigration Department.
