937 officers and soldiers of Hai Duong Provincial Police were promoted in rank

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Personnel Organization Department announced the Decisions on rank promotion and salary increase for the year 2024 for leaders, officers and soldiers working in the Hai Duong Provincial Police force.

In 2024, Hai Duong Provincial Police had 937 officers and soldiers promoted in rank and annual salary. Among them, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Chi Hieu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, was promoted to the rank of Colonel and 7 officers were promoted in rank 1 year ahead of schedule for their outstanding achievements during their work.

Authorized by the Minister of Public Security , Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police, presented the Decision to promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel to Mr. Pham Chi Hieu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.

Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Colonel Pham Chi Hieu.

The Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police also presented decisions to promote the ranks from Lieutenant Colonel to Senior Colonel and from Captain to Major to 10 officers who are leaders and officers of units under the Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Bui Quang Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police congratulated the leaders, officers and soldiers of the units who were honored to be promoted in rank and raised in salary in 2024.

Colonel Bui Quang Binh requested officers and soldiers to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, strive to cultivate, train, and complete all assigned tasks, wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the people, and contribute with the entire Provincial Police force to successfully complete key tasks in 2024 and the following period.

Firmly ensure national security, maintain social order and safety, successfully implement Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern public security force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
