ABBANK reduces loan interest rates to support customers affected by storm No. 3

Responding to the call of the State Bank of Vietnam , with the desire to join hands to support people to restore business activities after the storm, ABBANK has implemented a policy to adjust and reduce interest rates for production and business loans for customers in areas affected by the storm and who have existing loans, and at the same time satisfy the bank's regulations.

Specifically, ABBANK reduces interest rates by up to 1.5% within 6 months from the date of application for customers borrowing medium/long-term production and business loans. Customers borrowing short-term production and business loans, depending on the level of damage, will be applied a reduction of up to 0.7%/year in interest rates for the entire remaining term of the existing loan until the maturity date.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Deputy General Director of ABBANK shared: “We hope that this support policy of the bank will contribute to creating favorable conditions for customers affected and damaged by Typhoon Yagi to quickly stabilize their lives, overcome the consequences of the storm and restore production and business activities”.

In addition to adjusting interest rates for customers with loans in areas affected by the storm, ABBANK continues to implement a preferential loan package for production and business "Easy Loan - Business as Desired" with interest rates from only 4.99%/year, loan term for additional working capital up to 24 months, disbursement within just 3 days, helping to meet capital needs quickly, conveniently with easy procedures.

In addition to preferential loan interest rate programs, ABBANK also continues to proactively review the losses of customers who are borrowing capital to promptly provide specific support measures such as restructuring debt repayment terms, considering loan interest exemptions and reductions, and continuing to provide new loans to restore production and business after the storm according to current regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.
