As an award to honor businesses and organizations that have made outstanding achievements in implementing ESG criteria, aiming at sustainable development, the first Vietnam ESG Awards (organized by Dan Tri newspaper ) recognized Acecook Vietnam's efforts in building a humane working environment, creating positive and sustainable values for employees and the community. This is also the core part of the sustainable development strategy that Acecook Vietnam is pursuing.

Human resource policy puts people at the center
On the journey to create a "Happy Society", Acecook Vietnam has synchronously implemented comprehensive human resource policies, placing people at the center.
Specifically, in the goal of diversity - equality - integration, the company focuses on building an environment that does not discriminate against gender, age, or position; promotes listening, empowerment, and awakening of inner potential.

The company aims to become a pioneer in sustainable development in the instant noodle industry in Vietnam with commitments to minimize environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, build a transparent and effective management system, and create long-term happiness for consumers and employees.
To bring sustainable values to consumers, Acecook Vietnam has been researching and developing many nutritional product lines, supplementing vitamin B12, calcium, fiber... in line with the healthy living trend.
From the E perspective, businesses have also implemented initiatives on environmentally friendly packaging, energy saving, and production process optimization.
Environmental protection is prioritized, demonstrated through initiatives such as using clean energy and improving environmentally friendly packaging. Specifically, Acecook has switched from plastic cups to paper cups for its cup noodle product line, helping to reduce more than 80% of the amount of plastic used in production, gradually replacing coal-fired boilers with boilers using Biomass fuel, using "green energy" from solar power systems for production...
Playing a decisive role in creating these sustainable development achievements of Acecook Vietnam is General Director Kaneda Hiroki, who was recently honored with the "Inspiring Leadership" Award at Vietnam Excellence 2025.
This award recognizes leaders who have the ability to lead organizations through challenges, unify internal resources, inspire and realize sustainable development visions.
Sharing about his leadership philosophy, Mr. Kaneda Hiroki affirmed: "For businesses, sustainable development is no longer a trend, but a principle of long-term existence and development, because a business is not simply an economic organization, but is also closely linked to society. When society develops stably, it is a solid foundation for businesses to prosper. And conversely, the larger the scale of a business organization, the more profound its influence on society, and the greater its responsibility for overall sustainable development.
