Agribank sets aside 10 trillion VND for young customers who want to buy a house

Agribank staff consult and introduce preferential loan programs for young customers.

Accordingly, the preferential loan interest rate is 5.5%/year, fixed for 36 months; the loan amount is 75% of the capital demand. In addition, customers can borrow up to 100% of the capital demand if they have collateral other than the assets formed from the loan capital. The maximum loan term is 40 years. The loan program implementation period is until December 31, 2025.

By implementing a preferential credit program for home loans for customers under 35 years old, Agribank hopes to help young people manage their finances, realize their desire to own a dream home, and stabilize their lives.
