The leaders of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded "Learning Never Ends" scholarships to 32 students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies (of which Yen Son district had 11 scholarships and Lam Binh district had 21 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND).

At the same time, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education also awarded 7 other scholarships to students in especially difficult circumstances in Chiem Hoa district, each worth 2 million VND through the Chiem Hoa District Association for Promotion of Education. These are students in especially difficult circumstances such as having their house burned down, being orphaned, or having parents with serious illnesses, etc.
