Tuyen Quang Electricity Company actively responds to Workers' Month

Leaders of the Northern Power Corporation's Trade Union visited and presented gifts to officers and employees of Son Duong Power Company on the occasion of Workers' Month.

Since the beginning of May, the Company has issued a Plan to organize Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025. Thereby, the Company has promoted propaganda about the purpose, meaning and importance of these activities; at the same time, raising awareness among cadres, party members and employees about their role and position in the process of innovation, creativity, and entering the era of national development. The Company also focuses on disseminating measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, prevent fires and explosions, improve working conditions, prevent occupational accidents and diseases.

With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering into the new era", many rich and meaningful activities have been implemented by the Company such as: Organizing creative labor activities in 2025 in conjunction with the implementation of Action Program No. 171-CTr/DU dated March 20, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Northern Power Corporation on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; encouraging union members and employees to innovate, have many initiatives, technical improvements, apply modern technology to production, contributing to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, and improving business efficiency.

To effectively implement Workers' Month, Tuyen Quang Power Company has launched emulation campaigns associated with competitions to propose ideas, initiatives, technical solutions to innovate production processes; save raw materials, fuel, time, labor; new methods, good models in modern business management to honor workers with initiatives, technical improvements; scientific topics applied in management and production.

In addition, the company also implemented the program "Dialogue in May" and the Forum "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party", "Thanking Workers", to promptly encourage and express gratitude to union members and workers with achievements in production and labor, with many contributions to the unit; visit, give gifts, and provide support to workers in difficult circumstances; organize visits and give gifts to union members and workers at units that ensure electricity during the hot season in Workers' Month 2025...

Na Hang Electricity is one of the units that early responded to Workers' Month with specific plans such as: Responding to "Month of action on occupational safety and health and Workers' Month 2025"; training, propagating, disseminating, andeducating about traffic safety laws, procedures and regulations on technical management, occupational safety and hygiene, examining and checking motorbikes for workers; propagating electrical safety among the people and measures to prevent electrical accidents at schools.

During the Workers' Month 2025, with the motto of focusing on the grassroots, for the benefit of union members and workers, on May 7, the Northern Power Corporation's Trade Union together with the Tuyen Quang Power Company's Trade Union organized a visit and gave gifts to officials, workers and employees at Chiem Hoa Power Company and Son Duong Power Company. Thereby, hoping that officials, workers and employees of the units always promote the spirit of solidarity, support and help each other overcome difficulties to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
