Binh Yen, Trung Yen and Luong Thien communes meet new rural standards

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment awarded certificates of recognition for Binh Yen, Trung Yen and Luong Thien communes meeting new rural standards.

With the solidarity, unanimity, and high determination of the Party Committee, the government, and the consensus of the people, the appearance of the communes meeting the new rural standards has improved remarkably, infrastructure has been invested in and upgraded synchronously; the structure of agriculture and rural economy has changed in a positive direction, the output and quality of agricultural products of the 3 communes have increased every year, the economy has shifted towards increasing the proportion of handicrafts and services; the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved and enhanced; the security and social order in the communes continues to be maintained, the people are excited and confident in the leadership of the Party.

Up to now, Binh Yen, Trung Yen and Luong Thien communes have all completed 19/19 new rural criteria. In particular: Regarding traffic criteria, the rate of green, clean, beautiful and solidified village and inter-village roads has reached 100%; residential housing, 3 communes no longer have temporary or dilapidated houses; average income per capita in 2024 of Binh Yen commune will reach 46 million VND/person/year, Trung Yen commune will reach 48 million VND/person/year, Luong Thien commune will reach 46 million VND/person/year; the poverty rate of the 3 communes will reach below 13%...

Son Duong district leaders awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the new rural construction movement.

With the motto "The State and the people work together", Trung Yen commune has mobilized over 74 billion VND, Binh Yen commune over 147 billion VND, Luong Thien commune over 57 billion VND from support sources from the state, people and enterprises to renovate, upgrade and renew rural traffic works, residential cultural houses, install lighting systems, security cameras, etc.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Son Duong district awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the new rural construction movement of Binh Yen, Trung Yen and Luong Thien communes.
