In recent days, heavy rain has caused landslides on several roads in the communes of Thuong Son, Quang Ngan, Bach Ngoc, and Ngoc Minh, posing a high risk of further landslides and affecting the travel of students at the Viet Lam Town High School exam site (Vi Xuyen district). Among them, many students come from disadvantaged backgrounds, live far from the exam site, and have to travel early to arrive on time. Understanding their difficulties, Ms. Ta Thi Ha, from Group 8, Viet Lam town, volunteered to cook free meals for the candidates. She meticulously prepared the first meal with sticky rice, chicken, pork sausage, braised pork, and vegetables... all ensuring food safety and hygiene. Ms. Ha shared: “This year my daughter is also taking the graduation exam. I understand that the children have worked hard all year, so I wanted to do something to help them feel more confident. The food I use is all fresh and prepared hygienically to ensure the children's health on exam day.”

It's not just about providing nutritious meals; it's also about boosting the students' morale. Hoang Thi Huong, a student from Viet Lam High School, was moved: “I feel very warm-hearted receiving these free meals. The food was delicious, everyone sat together happily, chatting, sharing tips on how to prepare for the exam, and encouraging each other to overcome the pressure. I clearly feel the care that society has for us.” Along with this heartwarming gesture in Viet Lam, Vi Xuyen district has allocated funds to provide free drinking water, milk, breakfast, and accommodation for candidates at the exam sites. All of this aims to create the best conditions for the students to focus on their exams without being interrupted by difficulties in transportation or daily life.

In mountainous districts like Quan Ba, Meo Vac, and Dong Van, the atmosphere of the "Supporting the Exam Season" campaign was vibrant and full of compassion. From early morning, volunteer youth teams were present at the exam sites to guide and support candidates. The Quan Ba District Youth Union mobilized social resources to organize the cooking of 170 free lunch meals for all candidates at the Quyet Tien High School exam site on June 26th.
In Quang Binh district, the Youth Union, along with high schools and parent associations, coordinated to arrange accommodation and provide free meals for over 120 students. The Bac Me District Examination Steering Committee provided funding to cook 47 free meals for disadvantaged students at the Bac Me High School examination site. In addition, examination sites throughout Bac Me district also independently contacted and mobilized support for free accommodation and meals for students from distant areas.

In many other localities, individuals and charitable groups also provided free transportation for students living far from the exam centers, helping them avoid rain and wind, and ensuring they arrived on time and safely. In Ha Giang City, the Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBANK) also provided milk, drinking water, and accompanied candidates throughout the exam season. At the exam centers, the image of police officers on duty ensuring security and safety for the exam, organizing traffic flow, and assisting candidates became familiar and heartwarming. On social media, thousands of messages of encouragement and good wishes from teachers, parents, friends, relatives, and the community were sent to the students, spreading a humane spirit of companionship and sharing.

Witnessing the heartwarming atmosphere of the exam days, many parents expressed their emotion and gratitude. They knew that besides the efforts of the family and the students themselves, success in the exam was also supported by a loving community, ready to join hands for a new generation of intellectuals. Now, "Supporting the Exam Season" is no longer just an activity of the youth union or a few organizations, but has become a movement with widespread influence throughout society. From a mother's kitchen to the volunteer hands of young people, from small gifts to larger support, everything contributes to a truly warm and successful exam season.
