This is an activity in response to the program "450 days and nights to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification. At the same time, the activity demonstrates Amata's practical efforts to join hands to improve the quality of life for the community, towards sustainable socio -economic development in the locality.
The two households receiving support include Mr. Pham Van Phong's household (Thong Chua village, Tien An commune) and Mrs. Le Thi Xiu's household (village 4, Lien Hoa commune) - victims who were severely affected by storm No. 3 ( Yagi ) in September 2024. The total support value is 150 million VND.
Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director of Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company shared that “Amata always makes constant efforts to accompany the community and local authorities in social security programs. We hope that this support will help ease difficulties and help families stabilize their lives soon.”
It is known that the support fund is drawn from the fund mobilized through the Amata Run - Bach Dang Heritage Road 2024. Previously, the Organizing Committee also spent 305 million VND to support Quang Yen town to overcome the consequences of storm Yagi, including a contribution of 100 million VND from Autoliv Vietnam Co., Ltd., one of the secondary investors at Amata City Ha Long.
It can be seen that, in addition to its role as an industrial infrastructure investor, Amata is always actively and effectively implementing community activities (CSR). These contributions not only affirm the sustainable value in the enterprise's strategy, but also contribute to promoting local socio-economic development.
