Impressions of the "red address" of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, where Uncle Ho worked for Thanh Nien newspaper
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), Hanoi Moi Newspaper would like to introduce to readers some valuable images and documents at the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association Headquarters - where President Ho Chi Minh lived, worked, organized training classes for cadres for the Vietnamese revolution and founded Thanh Nien Newspaper in the period of 1924-1927 in Guangzhou city (China).

Relic of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association Headquarters, house number 13 (now number 248-250) Van Minh street, Guangzhou city (China) - where leader Nguyen Ai Quoc lived, worked, organized training classes for cadres for the Vietnamese revolution and founded Thanh Nien newspaper in the period 1924-1927. Here, he directly wrote, presented, printed and distributed Thanh Nien Newspaper - the first mouthpiece of the Vietnamese revolution. House number 13 is also the headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association. Thanh Nien Newspaper, besides exposing the crimes of the colonialists and feudalists, also presented many strategies for the struggle for national liberation, thereby encouraging the patriotism of our people, thereby rising up to overthrow the French colonialists and the feudal government... The artifacts, articles, and newspaper pages still preserved here clearly show the ideology, content, and journalism style of President Ho Chi Minh . Valuable documents on the revolutionary life of President Ho Chi Minh. Tables, chairs, typewriter and documents used by Uncle Ho during the years he lived and worked at house number 13. President Ho Chi Minh's bedroom with a simple bed. More than a century has passed since the revolutionary soldier Nguyen Ai Quoc lived and worked in Guangzhou. The house at 13 Van Minh Street with its simple and modest mementos still carries his warmth. This place also represents the friendship between the two Parties, two States and people of Vietnam and China. The relic of the headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association is a "red address", a vivid testament to the years of vibrant revolutionary activities of President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of Vietnamese national liberation, outstanding cultural figure.
