However, to meet the increasing demands of the market and consumers, the application of technology in the production, processing, promotion and consumption of OCOP products is necessary and suitable for social practice.
Also according to Dr. Dang Thi Mong Quyen, implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021-2025, from 2021 to present, the school has regularly organized training courses on the OCOP program to guide the evaluation of OCOP products, link value chains, improve product quality, etc.
This is an opportunity for OCOP subjects in localities to connect, exchange and share experiences in the production and consumption of OCOP products. At the same time, it is an opportunity for experts and management units to meet with OCOP subjects to listen, consult and find solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the production, preservation and consumption of products. Thereby contributing to innovation, improving the quality, value and spreading of OCOP products in the context of the current market economy.
According to the school leaders, in the coming time, the school will continue to organize intensive training courses on applying technology to improve the quality of OCOP products, linking value chains with local raw material areas in provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region.
