According to The Verge , Apple has started sending out invitations to watch the "Scary fast" event on Apple.com and YouTube at 5 p.m. October 30 (US time, or 7 a.m. October 31 Vietnam time). The invitation comes shortly after rumors that Apple is preparing to reveal new versions of its Mac line.

Apple's event page shows an animation of the Apple logo transforming into a Finder icon, further cementing the possibility of new Macs coming. Earlier this week, Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman reported that Apple may be planning a surprise event to "unveil Mac-centric products."

Gurman says Apple could unveil a new 24-inch iMac, along with a new MacBook Pro. The report is based on data from the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, as well as the iMacs, which have started to run out — a sign that we could see new models soon.

Previous rumors have suggested the new Macs could come with a new Apple M3 chip that offers more powerful performance, which is why Apple used the name "Scary Fast" for the event. While Apple typically unveils new iPads in October, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says we won't see any new iPads until next year.

With Apple's next event less than a week away, users won't have to wait too long to see what surprises the company has planned.
