The vulnerabilities were identified in the ARKit (augmented reality) components, CoreAudio, CoreMedia, ImageIO, the system kernel, in LaunchServices, the libxslt module, in the access key component for passwordless authorization, in the WebKit engine, the Safari browser, and other components.

For the macOS Sequoia 15.3 platform, Apple patched a total of 57 vulnerabilities. They are related to the AirPlay component, AppleMobileFileIntegrity, ARKit, FaceTime application, iCloud service, system kernel, Safari browser and WebKit engine, SMB network protocol, and other components.

In addition, Apple also patched 15 more vulnerabilities with the release of watchOS 11.3, with 4 vulnerabilities related to AirPlay, 2 vulnerabilities related to the system kernel, 2 vulnerabilities related to the WebKit engine, and other components on the company's smartwatch were also affected.

Apple has also released updates to visionOS 2.3, iPadOS 17.7.4, macOS Sonoma 14.7.3 and Ventura 13.7.3, tvOS 18.3, and Safari 18.3 to fix vulnerabilities discovered on older devices that cannot be updated to new platforms.
