Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh requested the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate in supporting the connection of domestic and foreign consumption markets; proactively receive and promptly handle arising difficulties and problems; coordinate in inspecting and handling violations of trade fraud.
The Department of Industry and Trade presides over, coordinates work and selects reputable and experienced cooperatives and gardeners to implement “Luc Ngan Lychee Week” in the province’s industrial zones. After the above activities, there will be an evaluation report to draw experience for the next lychee crop and the following years.

The People's Committees of Tan Yen and Luc Ngan districts and Chu town proactively follow the harvest and consumption situation; promptly and flexibly adjust the consumption plan to suit the reality. Direct the traffic regulation plan, support the means of transport to transport lychees smoothly and conveniently.
Regularly and promptly coordinate and support transportation units, consumer enterprises, cooperatives and enterprises producing materials for packaging and transportation; strengthen propaganda and guide litchi farmers to fully implement standard processes, ensuring the highest product quality.
The provincial police directed coordination to ensure security, order and traffic safety throughout the lychee season; creating the most favorable conditions for lychee harvesting, transportation and consumption.
Transport units (Viettel Post Bac Giang, Bac Giang Post Office ) increase transport capacity, ensure preservation quality, transport lychee for domestic consumption and export; develop suitable transport plans for each market with competitive prices. Coordinate to receive and handle recommendations and proposals to promptly report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
The Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to consider supporting the funding for the organization of the "Agricultural Products Consumption Week and Agricultural Products Promotion Festival" at Ngoc Khanh Walking Street (Hanoi) as proposed by Bac Giang Post Office, assigning the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with relevant units to synthesize and report. At the same time, assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over the feasibility study of the proposal to build an irradiation facility in Hanoi to serve the export of lychees from 2026 of Vifoco Bac Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company; propose a financial support mechanism from the provincial budget if necessary.
Along with that, the province assigned departments and branches to guide Hong Xuan Cooperative (Luc Ngan) to complete the dossier to re-issue the packaging facility code, ensuring sufficient conditions to serve agricultural product export according to regulations.
