On the afternoon of October 24, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Thanh town to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the Great Solidarity House and provide livelihoods to poor households with difficult housing circumstances in the area.
Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Dinh Loi and leaders of Thuan Thanh town presented funding to support the construction of a Great Solidarity house for Ms. Nguyen Thanh in Thanh Tuong neighborhood.

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Dinh Loi and leaders of Thuan Thanh town presented funding to support the construction of a Great Solidarity house for Ms. Nguyen Thanh in Thanh Tuong neighborhood.

The two families that received support to build houses were Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh, born in 1963, Thanh Tuong quarter, Thanh Khuong ward (a poor household living alone, with a dilapidated level 4 house and no conditions to rebuild) and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Au, born in 1960, A Lu village, Dai Dong Thanh commune (a poor household with 3 daughters who all married far away).

After reviewing, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels allocated 65 million VND from the “For the Poor” Fund to support each family to build a house. To date, 2 houses have been completed and put into use, helping Ms. Thanh and Ms. Au stabilize their lives.

On the same day, two families were given livelihoods: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Gioi, born in 1961, But Thap village, Dinh To commune and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Khai, born in 1961, A Lu village, Dai Dong Thanh commune. Both Mrs. Gioi and Mrs. Khai's families are poor and in extremely difficult circumstances.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee allocated the “For the Poor” Fund to support each family with 2.5 million VND; the Thuan Thanh Town Fatherland Front Committee allocated the “For the Poor” Fund to support each family with 100 chickens, rice, and repairs to barns and farms, with a total cost of 5 million VND.

On this occasion, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and localities presented many meaningful and practical gifts to the families.

This is an annual activity with practical meaning, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support" of the Party Committee, government and people to help poor households stabilize their lives and gradually escape poverty.
