The Transparency Index remained stable at 15.82/18 points (87.9%), unchanged from the previous week. While this index is at a relatively good level, it has not yet reached its maximum and is lower than the next-ranked locality, indicating further room for improvement.
The progress index reached 19.45/20 points (97.2%), an increase of 0.01 points. The results show that the rate of timely processing of applications continues to be ensured, directly contributing to the overall increase in the province's score.
The Online Public Services Index scored 8.53/12 points (71.1%), showing no change and being the lowest among the six component indices. This index still has significant room for improvement, directly impacting the overall score increase.
The Online Payment Index reached its maximum level, continuing to achieve a perfect 10/10 score (100%), reflecting the stable and efficient operation of the electronic payment system.
The Satisfaction Index remained very high, reaching 17.86/18 points (99.2%), reflecting the high level of satisfaction of citizens and businesses with the quality of administrative procedures.
The document digitization index continued to improve, reaching 21.17/22 points (96.2%), an increase of 0.02 points, indicating that the digitization of documents and the updating of electronic data continued to be implemented seriously and effectively.
Accordingly, it can be seen that out of 6 component indicators, Bac Ninh has 4 indicators that achieved excellent levels; 2 indicators, Transparency and Online Public Services, remained stable but did not improve. The increase of 0.03 points this week was mainly due to the progress of document processing and digitization.
Based on the assessment results of the indicators, for the coming week, agencies and units should continue to strictly maintain the timely processing of applications, ensuring no applications are delayed; at the same time, focus on improving the two indicators with room for improvement: Transparency and Online Public Services, in order to create significant changes in the remaining weeks of the year.
Departments, agencies, and localities need to continue to coordinate closely and enhance their responsibility in updating information, digitizing records, and promoting the acceptance and processing of online applications, thereby contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses.
Bac Ninh province maintaining its number one position nationwide for the 13th consecutive week in the Citizen and Business Service Index is the result of the decisive leadership of the Provincial People's Committee and the coordinated efforts of all levels and sectors. In the context of increasingly close competition for scores, this result further affirms the effectiveness of the province's administrative reform efforts, while also highlighting the need to maintain stability and strive to improve the remaining indicators to successfully achieve the administrative reform goals for 2025.
