Ksor Y Tem's family has 4 children, his wife is a farmer; he is the Secretary of the Thu Hamlet Youth Union, with many achievements in local youth union and association movements. After 1 month of construction, the stilt house with an area of over 85m2, made of wood and covered with corrugated iron roof, was completed. The house cost over 200 million VND to build, of which the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Hai Duong province supported 50 million VND, the remaining amount was matched by the family.
At the handover ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and Son Hoa District Youth Union presented household items to Ksor Y Tem's family.
Happy House is one of the typical youth projects implementing the emulation movement of Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025 launched by the Prime Minister. This project is also part of a series of activities to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the twinning of Hai Duong and Phu Yen provinces (January 9, 1960 - January 9, 2025) by the youth of the two provinces. The Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Hai Duong province supported 100 million VND to build 2 Happy Houses for disadvantaged youth in Phu Yen province.
