At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center reported on a number of related contents in the period 2022-2025.

In particular, the unit has focused on implementing and completing on schedule many important projects approved by the Provincial People's Committee, thereby creating a land fund of 124,900m2 ^of residential land, 6,815.5m2 ^of commercial service land and ^149,754.6m2 of public works land. Affirming the unit's efforts in completing infrastructure, contributing to making the urban and rural appearance of the province more and more spacious and modern.

In particular, the collection of land use fees from land use rights auctions has shown positive signs. As of July 2025, the Center has collected over VND 205,891 billion (reaching 98.04% of the assigned target of the old Quang Binh ) and VND 106 billion (reaching 21.2% of the assigned target of the old Quang Tri).

Total revenue from land use rights auctions after the merger as of July 2025 reached over VND 328,097 billion, and is expected to reach VND 689,872 billion for the whole year of 2025. This is a remarkable achievement in the context of the real estate market still facing many difficulties.

The activities of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center also have difficulties and limitations, especially in the work of collecting budget from land use rights auctions... The unit recommends that the Provincial People's Committee and related departments and branches consider converting the auction form from commercial housing construction to subdivision auctions for some land funds with completed infrastructure but have not yet attracted investors.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Vinh The acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. At the same time, he pointed out a number of issues that need to be resolved in the coming time, such as Quang Tri is facing significant challenges in the process of rearranging administrative units, especially in the operation of the Land Fund Development Center, the importance of land revenue to the provincial budget and finding solutions to remove obstacles.

Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Anh accepted the comments of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and at the same time requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue directing relevant professional agencies to guide the Land Fund Development Center to carry out tasks according to legal regulations, propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to strive to achieve the highest revenue plan assigned.
