The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee with the function of being the investor of a number of construction investment projects using state budget capital and non-state budget capital when assigned.

Based on the specific conditions of the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee shall consider and decide to assign the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to perform the investor function for each specific project; manage construction investment projects using state budget capital and non-budget state capital decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to the decentralization regulations of the Provincial People's Committee; manage a number of contents on urban development according to the law on urban development; manage PPP projects according to the Government 's regulations on investment in the form of public-private partnership...

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board consists of a director and no more than 3 deputy directors; 3 functional departments, 3 executive departments and 12 affiliated public service units (which are the Construction Investment Project Management Boards of districts, towns and cities).

The Decision takes effect from June 20, 2025.
